SUMMARY OF I -AM YOUTH
SERVICES & PROGRAMS 2008

( STAM)
Street Team Account Manager
STAM youth workers market themselves and the program while generating
unlimited income.
All worksites are located at a street intersection; where the STAM
youth worker solicits donations from automobile driver’s once they are
stopped at the traffic light. As
drivers are stopped at the traffic light, STAM youth workers walk in
between the cars in a professional manner, asking the drivers to support
our program by collecting their donations.
STAM youth workers will in turn, give the donors a dvd/brochure
or flyer pertaining to the “I AM YOUTH PROGRAM”.
Our Adult Supervisors are known as STM Street Team Managers. STM
are also responsible for transportation to the worksite. When STAM youth
workers hear their supervisor blowing the whistle this is their Alert
Call to immediately stop collecting donations and safely return to the
sidewalk and the process repeats. All STAM youth workers will
receive daily compensation on the days worked as well as have an option
to be apart of our dynamic “I AM YOUTH” Investment Program.
Participants that are in the
Investment Program
will collectively promote concerts, parties, and
high end money making ventures.
Compensation:
(1/3 of daily earnings)

(STM)
Street Team Managers
STM adult supervisors are responsible for the safety and well being of
our STAM youth workers. STM
adult supervisors oversee the entire process from picking up the youth
workers to distributing their daily pay.
STM adult supervisors will also report to “I AM YOUTH”
Headquarters daily to check-in and check-out donation boxes on behalf
of their assigned STAM youth workers.
Coordination and scheduling will be managed through our
corporate office.
Compensation: ($50.00 per (4)
hour session)

(TAM) Telephone Account Managers
TAM Telephone Account Managers will have the opportunity to build a
successful home-based business and earn residual income.
TAM will solicit to potential donors by making local outgoing
calls from their home office utilizing various resources such as the
yellow/white pages as potential leads.
All Telephone Account Managers are required to have internet
access or speak with an I-AM representative about working from our
corporate Headquarters. Coordination and scheduling will be managed
through our corporate office.
Compensation: (25% off each
donation)

(SFM) Store Front Managers
SFM Store Front Managers will participate in the “I-AM Storefront
Donation Program” by transporting boxes, product and youth workers
to designated worksites.
All route schedules will be managed through our corporate office.
This position requires SFM to own or have access to a truck or van.
