Marvin
Broxmeyer,
has established himself as a self-made millionaire by acquiring and
managing approximately 12,170 apartment and hotel units. He
canvassed the united States, selecting specific geographic areas to
concentrate his property acquisitions. His keen ability to select
properties whose economic value would escalate, produced an
enormous profit with a minimal investment of time. Early in his
career, he discovered the value of strong management and calculated
marketing efforts. His initial introduction to the real estate
industry as a comptroller and property manager laid the foundation for
his philosophy as a sole proprietor. The large quantity of
income-producing properties which were owned and operated by Broxmeyer,
substantiates his ability to successfully manage a tremendous volume of
apartment units and hotels. By doing this he worked his way to an
early retirement and was fortunate to meet and marry Barbara Levine
Broxmeyer and thus living and sharing a life of abundant happiness. |
